Shipping
All products are sent via Australia Post service in clean and new packaging.
Orders can take up to 7 business days to arrive once order is placed and payment is received. No responsibility is taken for lost or undelivered orders. Please ensure you provide a safe and secure address when placing your order in order for items to be delivered without any concerns.
If your order is not received within a reasonable time frame please do not hesitate to contact us at skatsat@skatsat.com.au and we will try our best to track it for you.

Returns
We will be surprised if you need a refund here at skatsat as every toy is already been tried and tested on our own pets. No refunds will be given to items already opened, used, damaged and/or purchased more than 30 days after the date on the invoice.
But if the need does arise, please do not hesitate to contact skatsat via email. In that email please explain your reasons for returning the product to us and we will contact you to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
In the event the product is faulty a refund cheque will be issued to you within 30 days of processing your refund claim.
